Domestic Shipping

Carriers: Yamato Transport / Sagawa Express
We will ship your order via Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Letter Pack (for inch or A4-sized sheets only).
Shipping Information

Yamato Transport / Sagawa Express: Nationwide flat rate of 1,200 yen (tax included)
However, shipping to Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, and remote islands is 1,500 yen (tax included). -
Letter Pack (for inch or A4 sheets only): Nationwide flat rate of 370 yen (tax included)
This option is available only for inch or A4 sheet (book cut) purchases.
It cannot be used when purchasing non-applicable items simultaneously.
(Cash on delivery is not available with this option) -
Free shipping for orders of 30,000 yen or more (tax included) per delivery address.
Shipping fees are applied per delivery address. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each location.
For customers in remote islands and certain regions, additional shipping fees will be provided via email. (If shipping is listed as 1,200 yen, an additional 300 yen will be charged, making it 1,500 yen.)

RETURN POLICY
If the wrong item is delivered or if the product is damaged or defective, please notify us via email within 3 days of receipt with the details. (Except for licensed products, all items are antiques and may have minor scratches. Please be aware of this.) Return shipping costs will be covered by us (only for items that have been confirmed via email in advance).
Please note that once the product has been used, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for any reason.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer errors or convenience.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of product receipt. After this period, returns cannot be accepted.
